Our class packs include access to all age-appropriate courses, learning materials, certificates of completion, and ongoing support from our instructors. Each pack also includes access to our online learning platform with additional resources and practice exercises.

Class pack validity varies by package: Starter Pack (4 classes) - 2 months, Explorer Pack (8 classes) - 3 months, Master Pack (16 classes) - 6 months. You can extend validity if needed by contacting our support team.

Yes! You can upgrade your package at any time. We'll credit your remaining classes towards the new package and you'll only pay the difference. Contact our support team to process the upgrade.

Yes! We offer 15% discount for the second child and 20% discount for the third child and beyond from the same family. The discount applies to class packs and is automatically applied at checkout.

We offer programs for children aged 6-16, with age-appropriate curricula designed for different learning stages. Our classes are grouped as: Little Coders (6-8), Young Programmers (9-12), and Tech Innovators (13-16).

No, we provide all necessary equipment including laptops, tablets, and educational materials. Students are welcome to bring their own devices if they prefer, but it's not required.

We maintain small class sizes to ensure personalized attention. Most classes have a maximum of 8-12 students per instructor, depending on the age group and complexity of the subject.

Absolutely! We encourage students to explore different topics. Our instructors can help assess your child's readiness for different levels and recommend appropriate progression paths.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment plans are also available for larger packages. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

You can book classes through our website, mobile app, or by calling our studio directly. Simply select your preferred time slot, choose your class, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

You can cancel or reschedule classes up to 24 hours before the start time without any penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of that class credit. Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case.

We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been attended. Partial refunds for unused classes are available within the first 30 days, subject to a small processing fee.

Currently, we have one main studio in Singapore at Orchard Road. We're expanding to Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Indonesia in 2025-2026. We also offer online classes for students who can't visit our physical location.

Yes! Students receive digital certificates upon completion of each course or program. These certificates can be added to their portfolio and are recognized by many educational institutions.

We maintain strict safety protocols including background checks for all staff, secure pickup/drop-off procedures, health and safety guidelines, and comprehensive insurance coverage. Our facilities are regularly sanitized and equipped with safety equipment.

Parents receive regular progress reports through our app and email updates. We also provide access to your child's projects and achievements through our parent portal. Monthly progress meetings are available upon request.
